tiffaney smith (she/her), Director of housing

Tiffaney has worked within the nonprofit property management sector for 10 years+, assisting families to obtain quality affordable housing, creating opportunities for growth by providing financial literacy (creating budgets, understanding how credit works, and saving), and focusing on equity and diversity. Additionally, she has worked closely with the Sheriff's department on creating the MOM's (Maximizing Opportunities for Mothers) program. Within this program mother's were reunited with their children, obtaining their GED, and working towards life goals.

She is committed to providing quality living that inspires individuals to build healthy communities, on - going supportive services, and creating healthy, sustainable financial literacy.
