Ryan Hoppe (he/him), Sales Track Instructor
Ryan Hoppe joined CROP in February of 2023. He is a Sales Coach, Fair Chance Advocate, and Storyteller who is passionate about driving change. Currently, Ryan serves as the Lead Sales Instructor at CROP Organization, where he trains the next generation of sales reps and helps companies expand DEI hiring to incorporate justice-impacted individuals.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from San Francisco State University's Lam Family College of Business, where he excelled academically. Throughout his academic career, Ryan was recognized for his outstanding achievements and received several academic honors.
Ryan sharpened his selling skills as a Strategic Account Representative at Pilot.com, where he led a team of sales reps and helped the company achieve record-breaking revenue growth.
His professional and personal passions are deeply intertwined. He is committed to disrupting cycles of inequities through sales coaching and helping others achieve their full potential. Ryan believes that everyone deserves a fair chance to succeed and is dedicated to empowering others to achieve their goals.
