As Program Manager at CROP Organization, I support the strategy, systems, and cross-functional coordination behind our Ready 4 Life and Quest programs. I collaborate across teams to strengthen program implementation, improve organizational processes, support curriculum development, and help build sustainable systems that enhance both participant and staff experiences.
