CROP ATTENDS BOP National Resource Team MEETING

CROP leaders recently participated in support of the Federal Bureau of Prisons’ National Resource Team initiative as subject matter experts contributing to efforts focused on institutional culture and rehabilitation. Working alongside federal leadership, wardens, and correctional professionals, CROP brings lived expertise and reentry-informed strategies into conversations centered on personal development, accountability, workforce readiness, and successful community reintegration.

As an organization led by formerly incarcerated professionals with decades of combined lived and professional experience, CROP continues to help advance approaches that support dignity, rehabilitation, and long-term public safety outcomes.
