Naomi Gordon (She/Her), Operations Associate
Naomi serves as an Operations Associate at CROP, bringing a diverse background in education, nonprofit work, and restorative justice advocacy. Her passion for creating a more equitable justice system has been shaped by experiences working on school judicial boards and her most recent work volunteering for over two years on the Addison County Restorative Justice Board in Vermont.
With previous experience in nonprofit operations and consulting, Naomi knows firsthand how strong operational systems can help organizations amplify their impact. She's organized, loves checking things off her to-do list, and gets genuinely excited about helping nonprofits run smoothly so they can focus on the work that matters most.
Naomi is dedicated to advancing restorative justice practices and creating meaningful opportunities for justice-impacted individuals to succeed and thrive. Her interdisciplinary perspective, informed by her liberal arts degree from Middlebury College and her time teaching abroad, allows her to approach systemic challenges with both creativity and rigor.
Originally from the East Coast, Naomi is excited to call the Bay Area home and try out all the delicious food and outdoor spaces it has to offer.
