Mannie Thomas III (he/him), Program Coach

Mannie is a transformative leader and advocate for safe communities, emotional health, and social justice. As a former Executive Director, he delivered programs that served as alternatives to incarceration, focusing on those who have caused harm. As Senior Lead of Programs at B.E.A.M., he worked to remove barriers Black individuals face in accessing emotional health care. He has mentored youth offenders, consulted with Inspire Justice to guide influencers in cultural transformation, and is widely recognized for his work in men’s mental health, transformative justice, and emotional self-management. Mannie is a graduate of Loyola Marymount’s Independent Gang Expert College, where he served as a forensic expert. His story is one of resilience and dedication to healing and equity.
