Maddy cimino (she/her), Senior Manager of Partnerships & Outreach
Maddy Cimino is the Senior Manager of Partnerships and Outreach at CROP, a nationally recognized justice reform organization advancing reentry solutions, leadership, and economic mobility for formerly incarcerated people. An empathetic leader committed to driving positive change, Maddy stewards strategic partnerships and builds employment pathways in service of CROP’s mission to reimagine reentry through human-centered approaches.
Prior to CROP, Maddy served as Chief of Staff to the Vice President and CEO at Raise for Good. Before that, she led corporate social impact initiatives at Cruise, an autonomous vehicle startup. Maddy also helped spearhead both the Future Forum team and the Social Impact team at Slack—initiatives rooted in creating more equitable, inclusive, and connected places of work. Prior to that, Maddy worked at Pinterest and Google.
Passionate about criminal justice reform, Maddy has volunteered with the California Reentry Program and Mount Tamalpais College at San Quentin for 5+ years. She received a BA in Political Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Maddy lives in the Presidio in San Francisco with her partner and daughter, where she enjoys exploring hiking and spending time at the beach.
