My name is David Johnny Howe. I was born in Hawthorne, California. I graduated from the University of LaVerne with a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science.

I am committed to working with those who are justice-involved and encourage an empowered mindset, personal transformation, and community healing. I am inclined to help others to develop a growth mindset that challenges limiting beliefs and walk alongside them as they develop into their best selves. I am a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor who is certified through 2 licensing agencies (CAADAC and CADTP). I am an avid Dodgers Fan, and I enjoy spending time with my twin grandsons, along with my amazing wife and family.

I enjoy listening to music, exercising, volunteering my time for a non-profit GOGI (Getting Out by Going In), walking my dog Chula, and playing PS5.
