Jesse foshay (he/him), coach manager, READY 4 LIFE

Jesse joined the CROP team with years of lived experience. He began his research into government systems and bureaucracies at a young age when he was placed into a group home for the first time. From there Jesse learned about the flawed that has failed so many youth from the inside out. During his research years he spent around ten years in different prisons on the installment plan before he made the decision to do something different. At the age of 34 he entered Delancey Street and after three years graduated successfully from one of the most intensive behavior modification programs in the Bay Area. Upon graduation Jesse navigated San Francisco's employment services, from working unskilled entry level jobs to working as a behavioral healthcare worker, housing specialist to eventually supervising staff at San Francisco's first safe use site. Jesse was an integral part of the CROP's first cohort and graduated successfully after completing all of the components of the course.
