CROP IN THE NEWS
Ready 4 life
Ready 4 Life is CROP’s signature reentry program that equips justice-involved people with the tools they need for success in a tech-focused career.
Designed by formerly incarcerated leaders, this twelve-month career development program includes case management, participant stipends, and holistic wraparound care. Participants in the Bay Area will be placed in supportive housing at our flagship campus.
I joined the Ready For Life team, because I believe in their vision for bringing about Restorative Change and Bridging The Gap between Incarceration and Employment.
