Alissa jordan, Director of strategic and organizational growth
Alissa joined CROP in June 2026. She advances strategic partnerships, strengthens resource development efforts, supports organizational planning, and ensures that CROP remains well-positioned to influence systems change while continuing to deliver exceptional direct services.
Alissa brings more than a decade of experience working at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, philanthropy, and social impact across East Africa, Mexico, and the United States. Throughout her career, she has managed multi-million-dollar grant portfolios, led cross-sector collaborations, and advised nonprofit organizations on fundraising strategy, organizational positioning, and growth initiatives. Her work has consistently centered on bringing people together to solve complex challenges through collaboration, innovation, and community-driven solutions.
She holds a Master's in Global Business Administration from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and approaches her work with a people-first mindset grounded in equity, partnership, and shared success. Outside of work, Alissa is an avid reader, a voracious traveler and committed indoor cyclist. She is always on the hunt for the perfect black sesame dessert.
